My name is Paris Troy Cowley, which leans on the equity of Greek mythology. I live in the suburbs of South London which has given me both urban and rural experiences. I enjoy football, chess, golf, reading, music and going out.

 

However, my real passion lies with business. I started out in Advertising following my Father's footsteps but after working on the launch of products, supply chains, RTMs and points of sale etc — I've now realised my true calling is marketing. I believe I have an edge as a marketeer because I'm an excellent judge of creative and know what is going to work best for a brand. After my experience in sales and trade marketing, it has allowed me to strategise what it really takes to grow a brand from building the brand's equity and emotional value to increasing its commercial, logistical delivery.  

 

I am totally dedicated to taking ownership of a brand and driving it forward.

The Bank was a multi award-winning ad agency located in the heart of the Westend. They held the Peroni account for over a decade and re-launched the brand globally — creating the fastest selling premium beer in the world. Their other clients included: Orange, Rolls-Royce, Grolsch, Shell, HSBC etc. 

Matt Cowley Co is a boutique agency that focuses on creative communications, from creative strategy to production. Some of their clients include: Foster + Partners, Gucci, Cartier, LVMH, Royal Unibrew, LightField etc. 

T&C Brands is a Marketing Advertising Agency. They handle the 360 Marketing Mix from PR and events to strategy and creative, for clients like: Estrella Damm, Roasting Plant, Portofino Gin etc.  

Redhawk Trading was incorporated by myself during the height of the pandemic. The accelerated shift to online shopping and hybrid working focused the company's proposition to selling in-demand products on Amazon. 

 I was an integral part of launching the new brand 'Mulberry Street' in the Hard Seltzer drinks category. My responsibilities included mapping out the route-to-market, heading up the e-commerce platforms, driving field sales to on and off trade venues, whilst also ideating and executing trade marketing strategies to generate demand and help gain traction.

The Croc is a B2B Digital Integrated Marketing Agency that handles paid media, production, creative and strategy — specialising in CX. Some of their clients include: PMI, Cisco, Sohonet etc. 

Trained in Amazon sales and optimisation for product listings.

LOAH Beer is a non-alcoholic start-up that was founded in 2020. It provided a unique opportunity for me to manage and contribute to sales and marketing strategies across brand and trade. I helped formulate new value-adding strategies with the founders to expertly target our demographic and help generate demand and traction in key areas. As a BD & Partnerships Exec I opened over 100 new
distribution outlets consisting of both on and off trade. My focus was opening on trade outlets to build partnerships with key accounts that will enable brand traction in targeted areas.

Increasing visibility and market share for Asahi UK’s brand portfolio: Asahi, Peroni, Grolsch, London Pride etc. This included retaining key SKUs whilst also establishing new distribution points. I have also driven the launch of the NPD ‘Capri’ in SW London by building relationships, increasing new distribution points and retaining said SKU. I am also responsible for maintaining key partnerships with Majestic Wine and Co-op, whilst working closely with the trade marketing team to ensure that trade marketing activations are implemented effectively.

This sales role takes a consultative approach, especially when delivering any customer marketing tools. I have activated innovative ideas with an array of

customers.

Working across some of The Clorox Company’s global portfolio (assigned to Burt’s Bees & Ever Clean). I help translate the brands big idea to a customer and consumer level, marketing the brands at purchase points. I deliver this across our European markets, understanding each channel categorisation, market dynamics and customer needs. Leading development of our go-to-market activations and trade marketing strategy, collaborating with cross functional teams and external agencies. We work directly with the insights team to deliver meaningful brand experiences and informed volume growth. I have also helped develop brand plans for FY26, understood our portfolio power and contribute towards our sales volume drive agenda to address gaps through channel opportunities and efficiencies.
